Essential Infrastructure Modernization

ATSR Planners Architects Engineers delivered critical infrastructure upgrades for Weyauwega-Fremont High School. Our work focused on enhancing energy efficiency, indoor air quality, safety, and overall building performance through comprehensive mechanical and electrical modernizations.

Key Upgrades Include:

HVAC System Overhaul:

    • New boiler and chiller systems for entire building air conditioning.
    • Replacement of old piping and duct board ductwork for improved indoor air quality and energy efficiency.

Electrical System Modernization:

    • New 277/480 volt service and panel replacements.
    • Dimmable LED lighting throughout for energy savings and control.
    • New power and data infrastructure for enhanced connectivity.
    • Advanced sound and dimming systems for the auditorium.
    • New fire alarm, wireless master clock, and paging systems.
    • Upgraded and expanded security system.

Critical Deferred Maintenance:

    • Window replacement and new exterior metal cladding.
    • Site utility upgrades.
    • Full HVAC replacement (including all ductwork and Air Handling Units).
    • Fire sprinkler system installation.
    • Comprehensive electrical and technology/data cabling upgrades.
    • New communications system.
    • Exterior/interior door replacement.
    • New light controls and ceiling replacements.
