St. Louis Park High School
Future-Ready Refresh
ATSR Planners Architects Engineers has a 55-year history with St. Louis Park Public Schools. After a successful $135 million bond referendum, we led major renovations at the high school, transforming 1950s spaces into flexible, future-ready learning environments.
Our comprehensive renovation project, managed in two phases over two summers, included:
Classroom & Corridor Modernization:
- New ceilings, flooring, paint, and wall graphics.
- Updated doors, hardware, windowsills, and shades.
- Energy-efficient LED lighting.
- New data and power outlets.
- Durable porcelain wall tile in corridors.
- Electrostatic painting of existing lockers.
Flexible Furnishings:
- Complete replacement of existing furniture with new flexible and mobile FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to support student-centered learning.
This project, totaling over 43,500 square feet, demonstrates ATSR’s expertise in delivering radical renovations that enhance functionality and prepare educational spaces for the demands of modern learning.
