Lynne Dahl Announced to Lead Firm’s Team of Construction  Administration Experts

By News

ATSR is a planning, architecture, and engineering firm located in Minneapolis, MN with 98% of its annual work in designing beautiful, functional, and sustainable solutions for PreK-12 education facilities.

MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, MARCH 1, 2024 – When one of the giants in the business decided to step away from the role after more than 50 years in the industry, ATSR revealed Lynne Dahl as the next leader to bring new efficiencies and continue the legacy of exacting quality control to construction administration.

Dahl joined ATSR in 2023 and cemented her transition to Director of Construction Administration after long-serving partner Bill Martin retired at the end of the year. When speaking about her new role, Dahl expresses enthusiasm for bringing her expertise and decades of experience leading businesses and nonprofits toward high-efficiency operations,

“I had the good fortune when I was with Goodwill Easter Seals (GES) to learn under a team of International trainers from Japanese Corporations such as Toyota. Over 3 years, I traveled cross-country for GES training other chapters on those efficiency methods.“

Lynne looks forward to implementing these high-efficiency skills with the team at ATSR.

“I’m excited to work together on combining what has been done, what has worked well, what we can improve, and where we can go from here. Where can we go? Where can we grow it? That’s exciting to me.”

ATSR President David M. Maroney recognizes the strengths Dahl brings to the team.

“Lynne is a true multi-tasker who cares about every Contractor she works with, she is a natural leader and is genuinely interested in improving our procedures to help the whole team deliver a successful project for our clients.“
